fresh towelscomfortable bathrobeprime location
Our room was super clean. Fresh towels awaited us daily. Plus a comfortable bathrobe. Slippers were provided and a nice array of bathroom amenities too. Housekeeping's attention to detail was so nice. The hotel's location was unbeatable, close to shops and major attractions. It was a perfect home base.
The sole elevator served all fourteen floors. I often waited a while for it, unfortunately

a decent stay

great locationtransit linefun areasmall roomcramped feeldated part
i liked that the location was great. it was close to two transit lines. this allowed me to bypass the busiest stations during rush hour peaks. i also enjoyed the proximity to some fun areas.
The room was very small. it felt cramped. it was hard for even two people to fit. some parts of the room seemed dated and not super clean. We loved the pool, but the view was amazing.

a mixed experience

small roomexcessive signage
the room size was a real issue i had little space to open my suitcase comfortably. there seemed to be excessive signage throughout the hotel i found it a bit overwhelming. i felt as if i was constantly reminded of rules and regulations during what should have been a relaxing stay this detracted from the overall experience.
